One-Time Payment Workflow (OPW)
All ClassworkGPT programs operate under a One-Time Payment Workflow (OPW). Once a payment is successfully completed, access to the purchased course, software, or service is granted immediately or as per the defined program schedule. Upon activation, the service is considered delivered in full.
No Refund Policy
All purchases made on ClassworkGPT are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our offerings and immediate access to proprietary content, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of usage, scheduling conflicts, personal reasons, technical misunderstandings, or failure to complete the program. Users are strongly encouraged to review all program details before making a purchase.
Course Access & Delivery
Course access duration, content structure, and delivery format may vary by program. ClassworkGPT reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance course content to maintain relevance and quality. Live sessions may be replaced with recorded sessions where required.
Failure to attend live sessions or utilize provided resources does not entitle users to compensation, extensions, or refunds.
Intellectual Property
All content available on ClassworkGPT—including videos, text, code, assignments, dashboards, recordings, branding, and software—is the exclusive intellectual property of ClassworkGPT or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content strictly for personal, non-commercial learning. Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, or public sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Platform Availability
